JCI Ben Guerdane empowers young leaders to create positive change in our communities through impactful projects and initiatives.
Our Story
JCI is a global network of active young citizens aged 18 to 40 who are committed to creating positive change in their communities. With over 100 years of history, we have trained leaders in more than 120 countries.
Our local section focuses on the development of leadership skills, social responsibility, entrepreneurship, and international cooperation through projects, training, and networking opportunities.
Today, we continue our tradition of developing leaders who are not just successful in their careers, but are also deeply engaged in making their communities better places to live.

The Community
The goal is to provide opportunities to develop social responsibility and play a major role in creating positive change through civic projects within our living community.
Business
We are active in the heart of business communities and enable our members to leverage this to develop their business experience – by learning through action, and by networking with successful entrepreneurs. JCI members can learn and develop by participating in various projects to master the roles of managers, visionary leaders, and coaches.
Internationalism
Through international conferences, exchange programs, partnerships between young chambers, JCI offers opportunities for global development, international meetings, and the strength of a united and supportive global community.
